Are you delivering during lockdown?

Our online store will continue to operate and orders will be shipped once lockdown has been lifted

What are my shipping options?

- You can collect your order from our store, please see ‘about us’ for location and opening hours

- We can courier small to medium pieces to your door. 

Cape Town & surrounds R60, Johannesburg and Durban R80

Bulky decor items that need to be boxed R250.

 What is the lead time on orders?

Estimated lead time on processing orders 1-7 working days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

 Eeeek I need my order asap?

If you have any urgencies, please 'contact us' and we will do our best to get the order to you asap.

 Once my order is ready, how long will it take to get to me?

Delivery time 1- 3 working days 

 Do you ship internationally?

We sure do, please 'contact us’ for a quote and lead time

 What payments do you accept?

- We use the secure, safe and trusted Payfast gateway. Payfast accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercards) and Instant EFT (instantly verified). If you wish to use snapscan, you can Whatsapp us for the code

- We also accept payments via paypal

- If you would like to do a direct transfer, please 'contact us’ with your order and we will send you an invoice with the bank details

 What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, the items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition. We can offer a refund excluding shipping costs. Customers are liable for return shipping fees 

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear or under garments or were bought on sale.
